about
Driven by curiosity since early childhood, my path is shaped by feeling my way and growing into answers to the big questions of life. The precious teachings and practices of the wisdom traditions of Yoga, Buddhism and Western Psychology are inspiring my ongoing contemplation of life and death, mind and matter, the heart. I am forever grateful to all the precious moments shared with other beings and magical encounters with nature that enkindled and keep enkindling my love for this life and encourage me to dare embracing it fully with an open heart.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Ven. Vivekananda and Ven. Bhaddamanika for their wise and compassionate guidance in the meditation practice, Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor for their kind and encouraging teachings on the middle path of love, to my husband Michael Hamilton for inspiring me to curate my life around the spiritual path and to Juna, our dog, for reminding me to reconnect to the joy of being alive on our strolls through meadows, forrest and mountains.
